2.2. Closer to the date, we will send you personal reminders and a few practical details about the event and our platform - cifra.com.
2.3. An email with the event link will be sent to all registered participants before the start of the event.
2.4. If you haven't received emails from us, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you do not receive any emails, please address your question to support@cifra.com.

3. Recording Notification
3.1 Please be advised that this webinar will be recorded for educational and promotional purposes.
3.2 By registering for and attending the webinar, participants consent to being recorded and understand that the recording may be made available on CIFRA's website, cifra.com, and in CIFRA’s social media.

4. Accessing the Event
4.1 Participants should ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to the link prior to the start of the event.
4.2. After the event ends, we'll only send you a couple of follow-up emails. These will contain practical tips, a link to the playlist that was the subject of discussion (if applicable), and a link to the recording. These are not promotional materials - just useful takeaways from our event.

5. Prohibition on Resending Links
5.1 To protect the privacy and security of our webinar participants, we kindly ask that you do not share publicly or forward the event link to anyone who is not registered for the event.
5.2 We ask that everyone helps us keep our online space safe. Please be aware that any disruptive behavior that disturbs the event or detracts from other participants' experience will result in removal from the session. Furthermore, if we find that such disruptions are a result of link sharing, the participant who shared the link may also be removed.
